  2. Select the sender address you want to add to your whitelist
  3. Select ‘Add to VIPs‘ or ‘Add to Contacts‘ depending on your device

Yahoo Mail

To whitelist an email in Yahoo mail follow these steps.

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and select Settings
  2. Select Filters and Add
  3. Name the filter and add the sender’s email address
  4. Select to send all mail to Inbox
  5. Select Save and Save

In addition, you can mark any emails from recognized senders as ‘Not Spam’ in your spam folder.

Outlook

To whitelist an email in Desktop Outlook follow these steps.

  1. Select a sender in your Inbox
  2. Right click the mail and select Junk
  3. Select ‘Never block sender‘

The other way is:

  1. Select the top of an email in the preview pane. You’re looking for ‘Click here to download pictures.’
  2. Select that and you should see the option to ‘Add Sender to Safe Senders List‘.
